She is a Licensed Mild/Moderate Intervention Specialist K-12 and Licensed Principal K-12, with service across charter and public schools including Dean of Students K-8 at ICAN Schools and Assistant Principal, Principal, and Director of Exceptional Children for Euclid Public Schools.

The Literacy Club with Dr. Bailey
Grades 3 through 5. Writing, speaking, listening. Real growth in ten weeks.
A structured literacy journey designed to strengthen writing, speaking, listening, and reading confidence. Each week builds on the last, guided by Common Core standards, with real activities, guest speakers, and a portfolio students are proud to own. Students who complete all 10 weeks and present their portfolio receive a Certificate of Completion.
